Experience freshness – redefined
The concept is simple: The fish and seafood is cauhgt after the order has been placed.
After being landed, the fish and seafood is taken directly to Tromsoe Airport and transported by plane to its destination. Upon arrival the goods are delivered immediately to the customer by car.
When ordered by 12.00pm Monday to Thursday the products are delivered no later than 6.00pm on the following day Tuesday to Friday.
The core of the logistic is based on an exclusive agreement with Jetpak, which guarantees a “sea-to-table” delivery with a timespan of less than 18 hours. (holder dette også, hvis slutdestinationen ikke er CPH?). The products are – needles to say – transported under approved and required conditions.
This unique catch and delivery set-up guarantees not only an exclusive taste and appearance of the fish and seafood, but also gives restaurants a better opportunity to utilize the products and plan ahead, considering the durability of the products after delivery.
All fish and seafood products live up to the quality standards of Seafood Norway thereby qualifying for the use the quality label and trademark owned by the organization (indsæt evt. quality label/trademark).
